	Light Attunement *********************** The basic Light Attunement is made by the simple process of pausing to visualize, or imagine, that you are standing or sitting in a beam of white light. This Light looks as though it might come from a large cosmic search light shining down on and through you. Allow yourself to gently turn to your emotions and feel the warm caress of the Light. Know that it is flowing all around you, cleansing your aura, of any dark or dull spots, sparkling and and expanding your aura and encouraging you to feel more vital and alive. As the denser energy is transformed you begin to feel lighter, freer and euphoric. Feel the Cosmic Light energy enfold you and run through your being, washing and tuning each chakra as it passes over and through. As the Light Energy increases inside and outside, release and feel all tension, irritation and fears dissolving. With your inner sight see and feel your body being filled with the healing, invigorating Light. Allow yourself to enjoy this feeling of new vitality for a few moments. Keep in mind that a energy pass, need not be complicated to be powerful.
