Personal Psychic Shield

To build, and strengthen, your mental and psychic shield. Summon the power of each of your psychic centers by pacing your attention on them one by one. Mentally and with feeling direct the rays of energy from each center, red at the root, orange at the spleen, yellow at the naval, green at the heart, electric blue at the throat, indigo at the third eye, and violet at the crown. Gather all the rays from each center to a point about three feet in front of you, and at eye height. Visualize a point of White Light formed, by the perfect blending of the seven rays of energy, from the seven centers. Feed the point of Light with your psychic energy, and will it to grow into a bright sphere, all around you.
Continue visualizing and feeling this shield formation until you know that the shield is all around you as a flawless, impenetrable protection.
Focus a golden ray of light, from your higher self feeding it from within, to coat this shield entirely.
This is your shield and it will allow all that which is in harmony with peace and love; that which is beneficial to you, to enter, and it will repel all that is negative or out of harmony with that which is beneficial to you. Pause occasionally, give your shield your attention, your energy and clean and polish it with the cleansing White Light supplied to as your attention goes to it.
