What Others Think of Us
What others think of us is really none of our business. We need not control nor change their own reflection from us. This is their job, not ours. If we allow others to cause us to have saddened feelings or concern because of the way in which they process ideas and beliefs about us, we are in fact taking on a responsibility for their
life. We are trying to do their work for them, our way. So in fact is it us who is judging them, attempting to change them and control them.
One of my favorite lines from Louise Hay, YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE is: "I am not going to have a bad day because you can not drive."
To me this say's it all. I see your faults but they do not belong to me. I am not responsible for feeing either good or bad concerning them. They belong to you!
